AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required by your state or local jurisdiction, to purchase a knife from Badland Blades.
By completing a purchase, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and own the product being ordered.
Badland Blades reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale when age, identity, legality, or other circumstances concerning the transaction cannot be reasonably verified.
PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

Badland Blades does not represent or warrant that any particular product is legal to purchase, possess, carry, transport, or use in every jurisdiction.
INTENDED USE
Badland Blades products are manufactured and sold as cutting tools, utility tools, outdoor equipment, collectible items, display pieces, and handcrafted works, depending upon the individual product.
Knives are inherently sharp and potentially dangerous tools. They must be handled, carried, transported, maintained, and stored responsibly.
Products must not be used for unlawful purposes or in a negligent, reckless, threatening, or intentionally harmful manner.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The purchaser acknowledges that knives and cutting tools can cause serious injury, property damage, or death if improperly handled, maintained, stored, transported, or used.
By purchasing and using a Badland Blades product, the purchaser voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with possessing and using a sharp cutting tool.
Always keep knives secured and stored safely away from children and unauthorized persons.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Badland Blades and its owners, members, employees, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, claims, or expenses resulting from the purchaser’s or any third party’s misuse, negligent use, unlawful use, improper storage, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or use of a product contrary to its intended purpose.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to waive, exclude, or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or limited under applicable law.
HANDMADE PRODUCT NOTICE
Many Badland Blades products are individually handcrafted or hand-finished. Minor variations in dimensions, grind lines, finishes, textures, handle materials, colors, patterns, and other cosmetic characteristics are normal and are part of the individual nature of a handmade product.
Natural materials such as wood may change in appearance or dimensions due to moisture, temperature, use, and environmental conditions.
High-carbon steels may develop patina, discoloration, surface oxidation, or rust if improperly maintained. Purchasers are responsible for appropriate cleaning, drying, oiling, storage, and general maintenance.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
Grinding, drilling, reshaping, disassembling, modifying, improperly sharpening, altering heat-treated components, or otherwise modifying a Badland Blades product may compromise its performance or safety.
Badland Blades assumes no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from unauthorized alterations or modifications made after purchase.
THIRD-PARTY USE OR TRANSFER
If a purchaser gives, sells, loans, transfers, or otherwise provides a Badland Blades product to another person, the purchaser is responsible for doing so in compliance with applicable law.
Badland Blades cannot control and assumes no responsibility for the subsequent possession, storage, transportation, modification, or use of a product after it has been delivered to the purchaser.
