We ship tracked US orders from the shop after each blade is finished. Timing follows the bench, not a warehouse clock — once that knife is packed, the package goes out with tracking.

Request a return from your order history or by contacting the shop with your order number. Do not ship a blade back until the shop confirms the return.

Yes. Start a custom request from the Custom Orders page. We review the build and follow up from the shop — it is a request, not instant checkout.

Checkout collects US addresses. We fulfill domestic orders. If you later take a knife abroad, you are responsible for export and local law. Details are in the Shipping Policy.

Yes. You must be at least 18, or the higher legal age where you live. Checkout asks you to confirm age and accept the knife liability disclaimer and Terms.

Catalog checkout is processed by Stripe. Badland Blades does not store full card numbers. Apple Pay and Google Pay show on Stripe Checkout after the shop’s domain is verified.

Signed-in customers can open order history. Guests can track an order with the email, order number, and token from the confirmation. For anything else, use the shop contact channels on the site with your order number.

Custom work is generally not returnable unless it arrives defective. Confirm any return with the shop before you ship. See the Refund & Return Policy.

Many pieces are individually handcrafted or hand-finished. Minor variation in grind lines, finishes, handle materials, color, and texture is normal. Tool marks and small differences are proof it was made, not stamped. The Terms cover handmade products.

Handmade and high-carbon steels need care — clean, dry, and lightly oil after handling. Natural materials and finishes vary from piece to piece. You are responsible for lawful storage and use; see the knife liability disclaimer.
